By registering, accessing, downloading, or using MYS Connect (including admin.mysranchi.in, mysranchi.in, and the mobile applications), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue using our services immediately.
2. Membership & Account Eligibility
MYS Connect is a community and administrative platform designed for members, volunteers, and associates of Maheshwari Yuva Sangathan.
- Accurate Registration: You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and keep your profile updated.
- Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials (passwords, OTPs, or Google OAuth accounts) and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Approval & Verification: Member accounts may require verification by chapter administrators before full access to directory data or restricted event passes is granted.
3. Community Guidelines & Acceptable Use
To maintain a supportive, respectful, and safe community environment, all users must adhere to the following rules:
You Agree NOT To:
- Post or transmit unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, or objectionable content.
- Scrape, harvest, or bulk-export directory details of members for commercial marketing or unsolicited communications.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, gain unauthorized administrative access, or disrupt infrastructure servers.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with the organization or chapter leadership.
4. Events, RSVPs & Digital Passes
MYS Connect facilitates registration and QR-ticket generation for cultural programs, youth conferences, blood donation drives, and community events:
- Event Participation: RSVPs and passes are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted by event organizers.
- Venue Rules: Attendees must adhere to venue guidelines and code of conduct set forth by the organizing committee.
- Cancellations / Rescheduling: MYS reserves the right to reschedule or modify event details due to logistical or administrative considerations.
5. Role-Based Administration & Moderation
Authorized administrators (Super Admins, Admins, and Executive Officers) retain the authority to moderate notices, gallery media, user testimonials, and membership roles. The executive leadership reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account violating these terms or engaging in activities detrimental to the organization.
6. Intellectual Property & Brand Assets
The MYS Connect logo, emblem, design assets, and organizational publications are the intellectual property of Maheshwari Yuva Sangathan, Ranchi. You may not reproduce, modify, or use organizational emblems for unauthorized commercial purposes without prior written consent.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Governing Law
MYS Connect is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for maximum uptime and data integrity, MYS does not warrant that services will be uninterrupted or completely error-free.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand, India.
